COVID-19 Health & Safety Protocols

The Town of Addison has taken enhanced health and safety measures to promote a safe gathering in accordance with current guidelines and recommendations.

 

Additional safety protocols will follow current CDC guidelines and are subject to change.

 

Be Symptom Aware

Attendees are advised to stay at home if they have recently had close contact with someone who has COVID-19 or have been diagnosed with or are experiencing any of the following symptoms of COVID-19 identified by the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention at CDC.gov, including:

Fever or chills
Cough
Shortness of breath or difficulty breathing
Fatigue
Muscle or body aches
Headache
New loss of taste or smell
Sore throat
Congestion or runny nose
Nausea or vomiting
Diarrhea

Those experiencing any of the above must not attend the event. By attending Addison Oktoberfest attendees agree to abide by all health and safety requirements set forth by and posted at the event.

 
 

An inherent risk of exposure to COVID-19 exists in any public place where people are present. COVID-19 is an extremely contagious disease that can lead to severe illness and death. By attending Addison Oktoberfest guests voluntarily assume all risks related to exposure to COVID-19.
