Tents & Biergartens
Addison Oktoberfest is an authentic representation of the original festival in Munich, with multiple tents & biergartens spread throughout the festival grounds.
This is the place to be, with over 2,200 seats and 30,000 square feet of air conditioned fun. The main stage and dance floor offer endless hours of the ‘Chicken Dance’ and polka entertainment, while the large food court has both German and American favorites and plenty of Paulaner bier.
It’s football season, and fans can enjoy bier and brats inside this air conditioned sports hall while watching top college and pro games on multiple big screen televisions. Between games enjoy pub-style activities such as pool and foosball.
Kleinhalle & Biergarten
This new tent, located next to the Draught Haus, offers special biers and wine varietals not available at other bier tents, covered and outdoor seating, unique entertainment and a relaxing vibe that encourages conversation and communion with friends. Enjoy table service and special snacks that put a Texas twist on traditional German favorites.
Engage the senses through a variety of free, hands-on activities focused on the arts. All ages are encouraged to tap their creative side, build a piece of art and take it home; craft activities will rotate throughout the day. Complementary air brush tattoos and balloon twisting will also be offered until 8pm on Saturday and all day Sunday.
Located centrally in the festival grounds, umbrella tables allow for outdoor seating in comfort while cheering on (or laughing at) the competitors in bier games such as Bier Maiden Stein Carrying and Masskrugstemmen (stein hoisting).
