Bier Booths


Oktoberfest Bier

The pinnacle of German brewing: deep golden color, full-bodied and wonderfully mellow, with a balanced harmonious taste and the pleasant fragrance of hops. ABV 6%


Oktoberfest Märzen

Full bodied beer with rich malt flavor, dark toffee notes and an underlying fruitiness and masterful hop balance. ABV 5.8%


Hefe Weizen

At first mouthful, some will detect a hint of banana aroma. Fine palates perceive trace of mango and pineapple and the balance of sweet and bitter. ABV 5.5%


Weizen-Radler (Non-Alcoholic Bier)

Citrus notes of lime, orange, and lemon match this wheat beer perfectly and provide a uniquely balanced taste experience. ABV 0.5%


Grapefruit Radler

Natural. Fruity. Not too sweet. The perfect mixture: 50% smooth Münchner Lager and 50% natural grapefruit with only 2.5% alcohol.


Pils

Brewed strictly in the Pilsner style with the best Hallertau hops. A refreshing and sessionable bier that delivers a clean, crisp taste. ABV 4.8%

Texas Biers


Prost y'all! We're bringing a little more Texas Flair with some brews from our great state. These TX brews can be found at the bar underneath the Glockenspiel.


Saint Arnold's Oktoberfest

A full bodied, malty, slightly sweet beer celebrating the Autumn harvest. This rich beer has a round malt flavor and an above average alcohol content perfect for a cool fall evening.


Karbach Oktoberfest

An authentic, Bavarian-style Marzen, decoction mashed with Vienna and Munich malts, cold fermented and aged for six weeks, this beer pairs well with pretzels and sausage, but it tastes mighty fine on it's own.


Shiner Oktoberfest

This Märzen-style ale is made with the highest-quality two-row barley, Munich and caramel malts, and German-grown Hallertau Tradition and Hersbrucker hops for a rich flavor and dry, moderately hoppy finish.


Rahr Oktoberfest

A full-bodied, rich, and toasty brew with a deep dark copper hue. The noble hops add a subtle complexity, perfectly complementing the malty sweetness, leading to a balanced, smooth finish.


Manhattan Oktoberfest

True to its German heritage, it is amber in color with muted bitterness and slight sweetness. It also has a rich and toasted malt flavor.


Revolver Oktoberfest

A Malty German lager with dominant notes of caramel, toffee and biscuit. Supported with Norther Brewer Hops that bring you everything you’re looking for in a classic Oktoberfest style.


Altstadt Oktoberfest

In tradition with the classic German Märzen styles originally served at Oktoberfest. Mild hopping compliment the rich combination of Pilsner, Vienna and Munich malts which give this brew its beautiful light copper color.
 


Hacker Oktoberfest Bier

Very smoothly drinkable, the famous Märzen is an homage to the Bavarian Purity Law of 1516. Traditionally brewed in March to be enjoyed during Oktoberfest, Märzen was created when summer brewing was forbidden this honey colored bier aptures the essence of history.


Hacker Gold

This brilliantly golden lager features a medium body, hints of nectarine and delicate grain.
